OH GOD. I AM SICK WITH EXCITEMENT.
AND BUYER'S REMORSE.
CAN YOU EVEN HAVE THAT BEFORE CLOSING IS ALL SAID AND DONE? OH GOD.
Also, nothing will make you more nervous about the house you're buying than watching Holmes Inspection on HGTV. Just sayin'.
